Weekly: Lessons

Weekly lessons are designed to engage the rider and inspire confidence. Riders are encouraged to participate weekly to establish consistency through repetition when handling a horse. We provide all that is necessary for the lesson including the horse, tack, and helmets. Students are welcome to bring their own horse. Fees are collected upon arrival to the ranch. The rider is responsible for wearing close toed shoes and pants.

How old does my child need to be?We recommend that children be no younger than 8 years old. Any younger and the child struggles to keep interest and lacks the coordination for an enjoyable experience independantly. However, if a family member wishes to participate in the lesson with a child 5 years or older please contact for special pricing.

What days/ times are lessons? Every, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. during the winter months in the spring/ summer lessons are held from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

How much will a horseback riding lesson cost? Please contact for pricing. Prices vary depending on you and or your child’s needs.
